Scam call. They have foreign accents. They ask you if you are the owner of the internet accounts and then go into a spiel about your exchange being upgraded so that your internet will be running faster. They use IT words and numbers to try to trick you into believing that they are legitimate. I started asking them questions and they hung up. Watch out!!
