Just received a phone call from a lady claiming to be from Legal Assist. I asked what she was calling about and she said a motor vehicle accident and mentioned my husbands name!!! I said he was involved in an accident over 12 months ago but wasn't seeking to claim any compensation. She pressed further with "not even a neck injury", I said no and that all was well in the world!!! She then left.
