Said was nbn and had to press one to speak to technician as my phone line was soon to be disconnected I responded initially because nbn is just introduced to our area and I’m gullible I guess A lady with a very strong accent told me I had to log onto my computer and she would describe the issue with my slow internet. I questioned her on nbn and she had no idea what it was. I asked for a call back number to verify and this was it. I didn’t call.My husband confirmed he’d had a similar call recently.
