Seems to be a trend with this phone number. I got a call, said "hello" a couple of times and they hung up. I did sign up with Budget Direct so it appears to be linked with them. I did opt out of marketing but my number will likely be passed around, companies make a lot of money selling your information to others for marketing. Charities are the worst for this, you get one call then others call for donations.
