they called us and claimed to be Telstra first claimed saying their name was David to me (the daughter) then i gave my mother the phone and they said to her their name was Alex Smith and that they called saying someone has hacked our internet and is downloading stuff from our internet. they called us at 7:30pm at night outside of working hours which made it much more suspicious.
