Number called me on 20/06/2019 at 3:55PM and when I answered, it hung-up after 5 seconds. No spoken words came out. When I called the number back, I get from Telstra or Optus (I don't remember) the message that the number had been disconnected. Telstra or Optus high level technicians, are to be involved because normal people are unable to dial from or use a 'disconnected' number.
