Happened to me on 16/07/2019, I rand back the number to ask what the heel they were talking about,proceed to say that if I filled in a cancellation form with the details I would be reimbursed.I said this sounded a bit suss because I don't have an e-bay account. When I tried to ring back and tell them I have reported them to the authorities it went straight to engaged.
