I answered the call and they told me that i could be allegible for a discount on my electricity bill as this was an Australian Goverment initiative. I spoke to an indian man who passed me onto his supervisor. They knew my postcode but wanted to confirm my address. I Refusedto give it to them and they asked me why. i hung up after they became aggressive. Background sounded like a call centre.
