Called me twice. Hung up on me the first time when I answered. Second time was a guy with a strong accent who knew my name and old address. He said he was a part of the Victorian government. He hung up on me when I said I didn't own the property. Not sure how they contacted because I'm registered on a list for no telemarketers.
