Anna from the "Optus Business Centre", most likely one of their many dodgy resellers. Refused to advise receptionist which company they were calling from, then blatantly lied about having been asked to call us back... we have in fact previously repeatedly asked all Optus representatives to remove us from their call lists, we simply will never deal with an organisation as unethical as Optus Busines
