This number rang and I answered in good time. Silence in the background as I said hello, hello, hello. I rang it back and got a female voice to leave a message. Could be a legit number and no manners to speak eg to say they called a wrong number or whatever. Also I sent text to enquire why and who was calling. NOTE: my mobile is quite private as in I am careful who I give out to. Recently I have been getting too many calls re switching energy providers, energy surveys.
