Be careful. This is a scam! The fake technician wanted to fix my laptop which I totally lost control. The only he wanted is pay him the repair fee using my Visa or Master card number. I refused to give him my card number. Because I found the procedure dubious and tricky. Be cautious! Never disclose your bank details to them.
