They hung up first time because I refused to give them any personal details about my gas account and asked to be not contacted again. When they rang again a week later, and I enquired why I wasn’t taken off their call list, i was called rude and spoken over till i asked to speak to a supervisor, which is they ‘promised’ to take me off their call list
