They have continually called me over days and in the past 24 hours have called me 4 separate times.
They claim to be "Vodafone" and offer discounted packages and asking your Vodafone codes - they will insist on you upgrading claiming your current plan is no longer available.
I called Vodafone and they have 0 history of having called me at all. For future reference you can ask the pers
