Annoying salespeople trying to sell their products (which is about better electricity rates, which could be a scam but either way, I wouldn't accept their offer). If you block them or don't answer them, they'll somehow call you off a different number. I don't know why they don't leave you alone even if you explicitly tell them you're not interested and when you do tell them, they act all rude.
