Hoax number- calling people telling them that there NBN is playing up and to access computer to fix it. They will ask you if you have lights flashing, which all modems do and then they will go from there in telling you there is a problem. DO NOT ALLOW THEM ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER OR TELL THEM ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION.
