Called twice firstly to tell me that my electricity bill will be lowered - is that okay? Do not answer this question as it can be recorded and used as contractual obligation. It was all very casual conversation then demanding info about my electricity suppler - ie who is it? Sorry, but logic tells me not to answer this as if it was legitimate, my supplier would not ask me who they were!
