I am sure this is a scam. i was seeking help for a Trend micro security problem . They advertise as the official trend security customer help site.. They spent over three hours remotely going through my files and programs.they manipulated me into signing their contract to pay $$699 dollars. The problem was not fixed in the three and a half hours they spent on my computer. when I rang back they fixed the problem in one minute flat. The real name of the company is Info solution USA.I am elderly and on a pension.I am very distressed over the incident .
