I just changed operator last month and got latest bill. SMS was sent to this number and two other UK numbers over a period of 3 hours. I am using a Xiaomi phone. The SMSes are not in my message history. I suspect Xiaomi is sending some info to somewhere, for what purpose I have no idea. This will be definitely the last Xiaomi phone I own
