We clicked on an ad on facebook and it went straight to a screen with an alarm sounding, saying the computer was blocked. A recorded english voice saying not to turn the computer off. The cursor wouldn't move. we rang the 1800 number and got an Indian voice posing as a Microsoft technician who tried to access our computer remotely. We hung up. You can hold ESC down to move cursor to close screen.
