Automated voice claiming to be from the ATO telling me I'd be arrested if I did not return their call. Advised a lawsuit was being filed in my name. Called the ATO directly to report as a SCAM. They seem to be unaware of this.

Like everyone else here, i received the same call leaving the same message. I talked to ATO and police, If there are any lawsuit under your name, you'll not receive any call but a written official letter. So please don't fall into the scammers trap
