they have been calling every day My mum said and I finally spoke to him, his name is Rex Williams, Indian accent...based out at North Sydney from the Telstra office. I don't have internet from Telstra nor do I have NBN when I told him..he can't service me..SPAM

says they are from Telstra NBN and hackers have invaded my computer and wants me to open computer to some website where they will show how many hackers ihave. I asked to call them back on 0280911428 and much to my amazement it answered and the bloke said he was a telstra tech.
I itold them my computer was not here and hung up.

Receiving an unsolicited (Automated voice requesting I press '1'.) leasing to a person identifying as 'the afore mentioned Brian Williams. Caller asked for the softer ware 'Superremote software' to be down loaded and for the (My) computer's identifiaction code to be read out to them.
'Superremote software' does not have any 'Safety' or 'Security' features that I could easily find.

Same here - thick Indian accent but said his name was John Ray for Telstra. He said I had registered internet difficulty and wanted me to log on so he could fix the error. I got him to give me his number so I could call him back - he gave me this number. I googled it and saw this.
