If you don't say anything, the call hangs up, if you say Hello Nicole from NBN answers and gives you the option of speaking to an operator by pressing 1:>)
I usually press 1 and give it to them Big Time, I might go along with their scam and waste as much of their time as I can with credit card numbers etc, pensioners have lots of time :>)
