I also had the automated message of them saying they'd take $199 from my account too. I just hung up. I haven't bought anything off eBay for ages. And I dont have a card attached to it.

F'kn Asoan Scam again wanting to debit my card $199 for Ebay purchase. Rang them back with private number on, you could hardly understand the bitch told her i hadn't purchased anything she just hung up. Tired of these bloody foreigners

I've called them about 70 times. I played dumb and told them I wanted my money back. They then proceed, step by step to help you download an app which gives them remote access to your phone. I go along with it then unleash a barrage of abuse on them. So much that they threaten to call police on me. A scammer calling the police on me.

I received a call from this number saying I ordered something from Ebay and they are confirming the order!!!!!

I did not make any order and they can’t even talk straight English!!!!

I got a call saying they will be taking $199 from my credit card account for an eBay gift card
I will be so upset if this happens because I do not want a $199 gift card from EBay !!!!

They are saying that they debited my credit card from eBay 199.00 and if I want a refund, I hung up after that

Robotic call stating "Ebay will be deducting $199 dollars from your Ebay account for itunes," then it hangs up. I don't use itunes.. I wont ring them back. Failed scam attack.

They keep calling me unsure how they got my private number. Alao get texts saying my shipment ready but need postage costs etc. Scam as I havent ordered anything.

He was teaching me to go to my phone apps and it’s like he can look into my screen... it felt like a hacker wanting to take advantage of vulnerable naive people.

Received automated phone call from ebay saying they are debiting my credit card for $199.00 and to call a number specified if I wanted it to be sped. I don't have an ebay account, and if I do from many years ago, they won't have my current card numbers on file.

Please call us back on ‭03 9005 6163‬‘ firstly, I don’t have an eBay account so the joke was on them. I notified eBay and they have had a number of people contact them today as well about the same issue. They will be contacting local authorities and telcos. The moment you call them they will tell you to download an app called ‘TeamViewer quick support’ this poor company and app creator has done nothing wrong but due to these scums trying to steal people’s money, they will be receiving some negative reviews. Basically the app allows a user to mirror your smart phone or computer and basically hold your info to ransom. So be smart and question every call or voicemail you receive.
