They call up constantly but I don't answer. When I call back - usually within 2 minutes - there is a recorded message by Optus saying that the number has been disconnected. They're now blocked.

various male/ female persons call from this number saying they are from 'Telstra Technical Department', letting me know the internet connection will be disconnected & that they are going to help reconnect it. I have had 5 calls from this number today 9/11
