Calls late in evening (9pm) nuisance

Said they were calling about Government solar rebate. He asked if I had solar panels/ own a house? I said no and he hung up

Answered the phone, no one was talking then it just hung up by itself. How many more time do we have to suffer from this scammer caller!!!!!!
When will the government actually do something about it !!!!!!!! I literally have about 7 calls within the week
