Legitimized scam with somewhat questionable tactics. Tenants or Landlord alike, BEWARE! This is not a legitimate business transaction- do not allow this business to make you believe they need to check your fire alarms/smoke detectors, don’t give any private information to them. If it was a legitimate transaction they would have your information from the real estate, & you’d be expecting their call. Don’t speak to them believe you me any transaction requests that are required will always be actioned first through your real estate agent directly to you if you are a renter. This is a fairly clever scam I believe because it seems somewhat legitimate initially until you realise it’s not.

They claimed they are a detector inspector company and act on behalf Ray White to service the smoke alarm in my property. I confirmed with Ray White that they have NO CONNECTION and DOES NOT KNOW this company. They have also a landline number: 02 9657 4290.
