eBay sends emails about every purchase .
They don’t have any of my details because , all my purchases are threw PayPal .
Phoned EBay , they have no records of any purchases . They said this is common and to change your password.

Happened to me on 16/07/2019, I rand back the number to ask what the heel they were talking about,proceed to say that if I filled in a cancellation form with the details I would be reimbursed.I said this sounded a bit suss because I don't have an e-bay account. When I tried to ring back and tell them I have reported them to the authorities it went straight to engaged.

appears to be a scam, telling me they are from ebay and wanted/ advising a charge of $199 was going to processed on my credit card. When I asked them to confirm which credit card or last 4 digits of the card, they could not! asked them for the name of the purchaser, it wasn't my name, so I knew it was a scam. Requested to speak to a supervisor, none available, requested email, none sent or receive
